Description
We are interested in proven NOx reduction technology (excluding SCR and low-NOx burners) that achieves 25 to 50% NOx reduction across a load range of 50 to 100% in coal fired electric utility boilers. NH3 slip must be 5 ppm or less. The possible units for installation range from 125 to 200 MW (nameplate) and have NOx levels ranging from 0.25 to 0.45 lb/mmBTU. Total installed cost should not exceed $30/kW. Please provide the following information: Total Cost (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Startup) in $/kW and $ NOx Reduction Cost ($/ton) Design, Fabrication, and Installation Schedule Durations Reagent Used, Cost, and Usage Rate Number, size, type, location, and references/contacts of units in operation in US Fuel type Years of operating experience Please respond by September 28, 2005.
