Description

AMENDMENT 0001 The following AMENDMENT 0001 is hereby issued to make the following changes: 1. The area of decking measures approximately 26,000 SF. 2. The list of spaces spreadsheet shall be considered an estimate only. Actual space identification shall be established and agreed upon at a pre-work planning conference(s) between contractor and ship’s designated representative(s) during the period of performance. 3. Offerors shall quote a firm fixed price for materials and installation for 26,000 SF. The log tracking system established by the contractor and certified by the ship’s designated representative (identified at pre-work planning conference) shall serve to verify the scope of work, in this case NTE 26,000 SF. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (16-SEP-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
