Description: The contractor shall provide to the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Memphis, Tn preventive maintenance and comprehensive coverage inspection and repair on Beckman Ultracentrifuges. Services shall include all necessary labor, parts, material, travel, tools and documentation to beckman ultracentrifuges in accordance with the specifications. The contract period is for base and three one year options to renew. Electronic or fax proposals will not be accepted. Proposal due date is September 28, 2005 @ 2:00pm CST.
