Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The California Army National Guard has a requirement for four (4) forklifts. Two items to be shipped to Stockton, CA and two each to Long Beach, CA. MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS as follows: *basic capacity: 7,000# @ 24 load center, *rated capacity: 6,800# @ 24 load center at maximum fork height , *panoramic wide-view simplex mast: 148 maximum fork height, 99.0 overall height lowered, 5.7 full free lift, 6 forward / 10 backward tilt, : class III  39.5 integral side shift carriage, *1 ? x 5 x 48 standard pallet forks class III, *EPA Tier I emissions compliant, *CARB Tier II Emissions Compliant, *S4S  56.5 HP  135 cu. In. Diesel Powered Engine, *Drive by wire throttle control, *Multi-p ort fuel injection, * Electronic vehicle control featuring: on-board diagnostics, engine protection system, integrated drive and lift restrictor system, *Single speed powershift transmission, *Hydrostatic steering, *Vinyl fold down seat, *Rubber flor mat, * two headlights  OHG Mounted, *Combination stop/tail/backup lights, *Pneumatic drive tires, *Pneumatic steer tires, *tilt steering column, *elevated air intake, *brake fluid level indicator, *electronic backup alarm, *floating powertrain. INCLUDED OPTIO NAL FEATURES: *steering knob, *Drawbar pin, *premium lights including mirrors and rear facing work light, *strobe light, *elevated exhaust, *Dual air element, *diagnostic training and hand held device to trouble shoot and adjust computer.
