Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91YTV-05-T-0304 and is a request for quotation (RFQ) and Notice of Intent to make an award. This is a total Small Business Set-Aside. The Standard Industrial Clas sification Code is 6515 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 423450. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05. This procurement will be processed in accordance with Parts 12 and 13 of the FAR or some combination thereof. Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC, has a requirement for Laerdal Training Simulators. The Government intends to make a Sole Source award to Laerdal Medical Corporation for the following items: CLIN 0001: LAERDAL SIMMAN PART# 38 00 04 QUANTITY 1 EACH.
