Description

THIS IS AN AMENDMENT. ANSWERS TO THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS: The actual time period is six and one-half days, starting on Tuesday and spread over seven days, with one of those instructional days on Saturday. (The first day is used for non-AMP LITE topics.) Based on the previous year, none of the AMP LITE topics had a guest speaker, What the students saw were seven (7) different Ph.D. business management instructors, one for each separate day. Each of these Ph.D. instructors had different, but high level academic/consulting specializations. The contract last year did authorize "guest speakers" so long as they were under the direction of another Ph.D. instructor and had similar qualifications to the person inviting them. The bottom line is that the person teaching the topic must have the expertise and experience to competently and enthusiastically deliver the topic. Lunch for the students is a part of the course structure and it does occur at noon. The instructor may purchase lunch and eat with the students. All requirements are considered new, even if there was a previous contract. The incumbent on the previous contract was Bylinski Consulting. Any further information would have to be requested via FOIA. The incumbent can bid on this solicitation. This is not GSA, yes citizenship is a requirement. This is a small business set aside under SAP. I am the buyer.
