Description

Region 7, Public Building Service within the General Services Administration has completed the streamlined competition study of its mechanical maintenance services performed in Little Rock, AR; Helena, AR and Lufkin, TX, announced and started June 22, 2005. The performance decision indicates contracting for the services to be the more cost effective approach than continued performance by Government employees. Contractor proposals for the scope of the work studied will be solicited under a separate future announcement. A copy of the Streamlined Cost Competition Form for each study may be released upon written request to the Contracting Officer. Proprietary data will be redacted. The designated Competitive Sourcing Official for this activity was Susan G. Marshall, GSA, CSO, the contracting officer Judi Grossman, and the Agency Tender Offical was Kenny L. Smith, Deputy, Assistant Regional Administrator. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. THEREFORE PROPOSALS ARE NOT REQUESTED.
