Description

** MODIFICATION TO REFLECT CHANGE IN DELINEATED AREA ** The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 8,959 rentable sq. ft in Nashville, Tennessee bounded within the following delineated area: North: I-65 South to I-40 East: Briley Parkway (Highway 155) South: Old Hickory Blvd. to Hillsboro Pike, Hillsboro Road to Murray Lane, Murray Lane to Franklin Pike, Franklin Pike to Concord Road, Concord Road to Edmondson Pike, Edmondson Pike to Nolensville Road, and Nolensville Road up to Thompson Lane/Briley Parkway (Highway 155) on the Southeast side West: I-40 to White Bridge Road to Harding Road/Highway 100 to Old Hickory Boulevard The space should yield 7,790 BOMA office area (usable) sq. ft. New construction will not be considered. Ground and top floor spaces will not be considered. A fire detection system that provides 100% coverage of the controlled office area is required. Parking is required for seventeen covered vehicles. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than August 1, 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
