Description

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award a sole source procurement to SUNBURST TECHNOLOGY 1550 Executive Drive, Elgin, ILL 60123 under authority of FAR 6.302 for Type to Learn Assessment Network Licenses for the DoDEA Schools. These services are required to provide all elementary schools supplemental keyboarding lessons and keyboarding assessments to correlate with the twenty-two lessons of the DoDEA adopted keyboarding program, Type to Learn. This is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting DoDEA's requirement as stated herein may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform the requirement. All submissions must be received by the response date and time of this notice. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. SEE UPLOADED DOCUMENTS FOR DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES.
