Description

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award a sole source procurement to CASPR, Inc. 100 Park Center Plaza, Suite 550, San Jose, California 95113 under authority of FAR 6.302 for LibraryWorld software for a continued full-range library automation support services for the DoDEA Schools during fiscal year (FY) 2006. These services are required to ensure critical mission-essential functionality enabling information corners to catalog and circulate materials, maintain property accountability, and provide automated access to materials/collections. This is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting DoDEA's requirement as stated herein may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform the requirement. All submissions must be received by the response date and time of this notice. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. SEE UPLOADED DOCUMENTS FOR DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES.
