Description

The Supplier shall provide the United States Postal Service with Personnel who have the requisite skill, and experience necessary to staff and support operations at the National Center for Employee Development (NCED). The initial term shall be for 24 months, with three 12 month options. The intent is to enter into a fixed price arrangement for these services. The ongoing relationship of the Suppliers Personnel to the USPS shall be that of independent contractors. This is not an outsourcing opportunity. Please direct all enquires to: steven.j.fazekas@usps.gov regarding this solicitation. The un-priced Technical Proposals shall be due @ noon on 10/03/2005. Pricing Proposals will be accepted via an online auction event scheduled for 10/13/2005. Please Note: Copies of this Solicitation will be distributed electronically, via Email.
