Description: The Homeland Security Advanced Research Projects Agency (HSARPA) of the Department of Homeland Security, Science and Technology Directorate (DHS S&T)issues this Request for Information regarding radar systems for the persistent detection, tracking, and classification of maritime traffic, including vessels 25 feet and larger, in coastal U.S. waters from approximately 12 to 120 NM (nautical miles) offshore. The goal of this RFI is to identify currently available radar systems and technologies that can meet, or be readily modified to meet, the technical requirements specified herein.
