Description: The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to issue a contract to AMCOM Software Inc., 5555 W. 78th St., Edina MN 55439-2710 for proprietary communications call center processing software. The statutory authority for contracting without providing for full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). In accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(1) this contract will be issued to Amcom on 26 Sep 05. We anticipate using North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541511, Computer Software Programming Services, Size Standard $21M. Comments and/or questions shall be submitted electronically to the contracting officer. Note 22 applies.
