Description

PR No: RD051160030000. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Pressure Relief Valve Assembly, P/N 373048-1,P/N 2R1810-2, C-130 ACFT. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There are two approved source of supply: Aerocontrolex Group., Cage 81833 and Crissair Inc. Cage 99240. The NSN, Part Numbers, and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 2835-00-585-7970; P/N 373048-1 and P/N 2R1810-2 - Base Year AEQ: 176 each, Option Year AEQ: 176 each. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, 156 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 23 and 26.
