- Description: Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source delivery order for the installation of security cameras in all Offutt AFB dormitories to ADT Security Services, Inc, 3601 Eisenhower Ave, 3rd Floor, Alexandria, VA 22304. The cameras must interface with the existing security system provided by ADT. The 55th Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2)(iii). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement was made because ADT holds propietary rights to the software required for the cameras to communicate with the existing security system.
