Description

This is a combined/synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FA4427-05-Q0059, is issued as a request for quotation This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-05 and Defense DCN 20050901. If two or more responsive, responsible and technically acceptable small businesses respond, this acquisition will be 100% set?aside for small business, if not, it will be unrestricted.
