- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F2P4MD5146A300, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-05. This acquisition is unrestricted. The U.S. Air Force, 48 Contracting Squadron, RAF Lakenheath, Suffolk, England intends to award a firm fixed price contract for this requirement. Description: Services, Non-Personal, To furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials and transportation necessary to provide for the collection and disposal of clinical waste from the hospital. Period of Performance ? 1 October 2005 and 30 September 2006. Price per tonne.
