- **ATTENTION**FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO AMSAM-AC-LS-MA, SANDRA SELF, CONTRACT SPECIALIST, 256- 876-5287 E-MAIL (Sandra.Self@redstone.army.mil) ***TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED*** System: Hellfire (EP), PRON: D1585965, Nomenclature: Launching Shoe, Guid, NSN: 1440-01-126-8593, PN: 13010084, for a quantity of 803 each. A quantity of (1) one, Government Tested First Article is required for each part. Delivery Schedule 210 days after contract award. Offerors must be approved and qualified. Destination to be furnished. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The Government does not possess sufficient documentation to acquire this item from other than the qualified sour ce. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements, are not available. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources.
