- To cover the cost of all parts, labor, equipment and material required to rebuild one Heald Internal Grinder Model 472 WV-10707 per scope of work 7-06-3415. One Job/Lump sum. FOB Destination, Numbered Note 1. Estimated issue date of solicitation 11 October 2005. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil and will be liste d under Watervliet Arsenal. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumb ent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued.
