Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice. The Department of Defense (DoD) Chemical Biological Medical Systems (CBMS) Joint Vaccine Acquisition Program (JVAP) is seeking potential sources capable of providing personnel, facilities, equipment, materials and sup plies needed to transition storage and distribution efforts of FDA-licensed biodefense medical products to a separate storage and distribution enterprise that can transport, store, and distribute up to 3 million doses of temperature-sensitive medical produ cts over a 12-month period. Potential sources must be compliant with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Potential sources should identify security and risk mitigation features in place to control access to and protect integrity of temperature-co ntrolled inventory. Potential sources should describe information technology systems in place as they pertain to ordering, inventory and distribution. This is not a request for competitive proposals but parties purporting to have the requisite credentials to perform these services must furnish in writing, factual information, which clearly supports and demonstrates evidence of such abilities. This information may be submitted via mail, email, or fax.
