Description

MODIFIED TO CORRECT RESPONSE DATE: Requirements: U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 5,750 rentable square feet yielding approximately 5,000 usable square feet of Class A warehouse space in Dallas or Collin County, Texas to be occupied by the Environmental Protection Agency along with 16 inside or outside reserved parking spaces. Location: Offered properties must be within Dallas or Collin County limits and within the following boundaries: North ? SH 380 South ? I-635 West ? I-35E and SH 121 East ? US Hwy 75 Lease Term: The lease term shall be for 2 years, 1 year firm. Occupancy: Occupancy is required on or about 12/01/2005 and is not negotiable. Expressions of interest should include the following: 1. Building name and address; contact person with phone number. 2. Name, address and phone number of property owner if different from Item 1 above. 3. Rentable square feet offered and rsf rent rate. 4. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 5. Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable. 6. RSF rate for as is space and any standard TIs offered. Written responses are required no later than September 22, 2005; verbal responses will not be considered.
