Description

The Social Security Administration (SSA) is attempting to identify vendors that can provide maintenance support for the following Omtool, Ltd. software products: FAX SR Additional Channel Support and FAX SR Server Software Support. The FAX SR software products are used by the Office of Telecommunication and System Operations and are located throughout the agency. Omtool, Ltd. is the only known source capable of satisfying SSA?s requirements. Firms having the capability to provide the required maintenance support are invited to submit complete details regarding their capability. The responses must clearly state the ability to provide the maintenance support for the above stated software. Interested parties must respond in writing to this notice by NOON, on September 27th, 2005. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided. If no other responses are received, SSA plans to place an order with Syscom Services, Inc. for the required maintenance support.
