********OPEN TO U.S. POSTAL SERVICE PREQUALIFIED CONTRACTORS ONLY********** DATE CORRECTION: SOLICITATION PACKAGE LISTED BELOW IS AVAILABLE AFTER JULY 25, 2005. U.S. Postal Service is requesting bids for Repaving the Parking Lot and the Installation of a Chain Link Fence at the Main Post Office in Huntington, New York. These are two (2) separate projects, however, award will be based on the total of both projects. Contractor to provide all material, labor, services, equipment, permits, licensing, and other items necessary for completion of the projects. Further description may be found in the technical specifications. Estimated cost of the Parking Lot Repaving:$300,000 - $350,000; Installation of Chain Link Fence: $75,000 - $100,000. Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on site at 10:00 AM on Thursday, July 28, 2005 (attendance is strongly suggested). Solicitation packages may be purchased after September 25, 2005 from Tech-Repro, 65 Zabriskie Street, Hackensack, NJ 07601, (201) 489-1333. It is prohibited to pay any fee, commission, percentage or brokerage fee to any person or firm contingent upon or resulting from the award of a contract for this project. PERSONAL VISITS AND PHONE CALLS for the purpose of discussing this projects are not permitted. Offers will not be publicly opened. The number of offers received, the identity of offers received, the amount of any offer or relative standing of the offers will not be disclosed to ANYONE until time of contract award. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-JUL-2005).
