Description

<div align=center><font face=Century Gothic><font color=blue> The Wilkes Barre VAMC in Northeastern PA will have a contract requirement for Home Oxygen Delivery and Service for eligible beneficiaries. Currently, 645 veterans are covered, though this number fluctuates and is subject to change at all times.</div> Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to furnish a comprehensive Home O2 rental program. Ventilator patients are part of this program; apnea patients are not. Contractor shall supply services of licensed registered respiratory therapists capable of educating and monitoring patients in Pennsylvania and New York. <div align=center>The vendor must meet current JCAHO standards.</font> NAICS Code is 532291, Home Health Equipment Rental, with a size standard of $6.0M. This procurement will be conducted under FAR Parts 12 and 15.</div> Response to this announcement will determine if sufficient competition exists to allow for a small business set-aside or procurement via the cascade strategy. Interested parties are encouraged to submit written expression of interest in this procurement.
