Description
UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries is soliciting proposals on a full and open competitive from potential suppliers who can supply Antennas. This will be completed under a Request for Proposal, negotiated, ID/IQ (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantify type of solicitation. These products are to be delivered to FOB destination, FPI Danbury, Route 37, Danbury, CT 06811 and FPI Memphis, 1101 John A. Denie Road, Memphis, TN 38134. The SOL Number is EP2182-05. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate proposals on an ALL or NONE basis, meaning one award. Individual line items, description, the estimated quantities and the unit of issue will be identified in the solicitation. The Government will award contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offerors whose offer conforms to the solicitation that are most advantageous to the Government in past performance, specification, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: past performance, specification, and price. The time for receipt of proposals is 14:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time), on October 28, 2005. The delivery performance period is for 5 years. The first initial delivery order is 60 days or sooner for FPI Danbury and 90 days or sooner for FPI Memphis. Vendors may use express mail, facsimile or hand carried proposal to UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., (FPI), Electronics Business Group, Building 400 First Street, NW, Washington, DC 20534, All proposal must reference the solicitation number and due date for receipt of proposals. In addition to this, each proposal must contain the name, address, telephone number of offeror, technical description of item offered, any discount terms that are offered and the remittance address (if different from current mailing address). Offeror must hold unit prices firm in its offer for 60 calendar days from date specified for receipt. Prospective Contractors should complete electronic annual Representations and Certifications at http://orca.bpn.gov. The small business size standard is 500. The NACIS code is 334220 The Identification Number-- Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) Number must be cited in your proposal. Any Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses or forms cited in the solicitation may be obtained from General Services Administration's Internet web page (http://www.arnet.gov./far/).
