Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Miami, Florida has a requirement for Aortic Heart Valves. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a consignment contract. The contract period will consist of base year period with two (2) one year option to renew. The contractor is to provide the following Mosaic Cinch Bioprosthesis Aortic Valves: 1. Mosaic Ultra Aortic valve, 27mm 12. Mosaic Ultra Aortic valve, 29mm 13. Mosaic Mitral valve, 25mm 14. Mosaic Mitral valve, 27mm 15. Mosaic Mitral valve, 29mm 16. Mosaic Mitral valve, 31mm 17.
