Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to issue a non-competitive contract to the University of Montana, Center for Invasive Plant Management, to develop online training modules specifically on invasive plant management in wildlands. The University of Montana, Center for Invasive Plant Management sole focus is to provide services and products to support county, state, and federal agencies in managing invasive plants and the expertise to develop online training modules for invasive plants in natural areas and is the only group that has the infrastructure, experience, and expertise to develop self-study modules specifically on invasive plant management in wildlands (non-cropland). This notice is neither a request for quotation nor solicitation for offers. A determination not to compete this acquisition has been made pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 253 c (1), as implemented by 6.302-1(b)(1)(i), this requirement has been justified and approved in accordance with FAR 6.303 and 304.
