Description

The purpose of this amendment is to provide a list of questions and answers regarding the Catholic Chaplain service requirements: 1. Is there an incumbent and what was the awarded amount in 2004? A. There is an incumbent. The award amount for FY 2004 was $64,440. 2. Are proposals accepted by fax and/or email? If yes, what is the response date? A. Proposals are accepted by fax and/or email. The response date is September 23, 2005 by 2:00 p.m. 3. Is security clearance needed for performing the tasks mentioned? A. No, security clearance is not needed for providing this service, though all potential contractors will be required to pass a security background check before beginning performance on an award. 4. Do the personnel provided have to be Citizens or Resident aliens authorized to work in USA? A. Yes.
