Description
SOURCES SOUGHT: The project work locations are Lower Mississippi River LA (Southwest Pass), Mobile AL Channel, and Gulfport MS. Contractor must be able to receive and assemble pre-fabricated steel towers and to weld 80' steel piles. A jack-up barge and construction tender capable of operating in open water conditions is required. Project includes driving steel piles up to 60' embedment, and erecting steel Aid to Navigation structures and towers (20-50' height) in shipping channels. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2002 code is 237990. The small business size standard is a three-year averaged annual gross receipt of $28.5 million.
