- **** Amendment 0002 removes referenced DISA Westhem Instruction 360-225-08 from Paragraph 9. Security subparagraph 9.1 of the Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW references Department of Defense (DOD) policies and no other security documents need to be referenced. *** The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) Scott AFB IL will procure Consolidated Off-Site Tape Storage of Unclassified and Classified Backup Tapes, Cartridges and Documents for various Defense Information System Agency (DISA) sites. This requirement is for full and open competition per Amendment 0001. The Period of Performance is contract award or negotiated date through 30 Sep 2006 with (4) 1-year options. The National American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this procurement is 493110. The solicitation and all related documents are attached at this site as well as the DITCO Home Page, Contracting Opportunities at https://www.ditco.disa.mil/dcop/public/asp/dcop.asp Vendors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and all related documents to include Amendments to the solicitation, these documents shall be referenced in your proposal. Proposals shall be submitted via uploaded to the DITCO Contracting Opportunities page referenced above and one CD-ROM copy mailed to the address identified in Section L of the solicitation. All questions regarding this requirement shall be submitted in writing via email NLT 1200 Noon 17 Aug 2005. The resulting award of this solicitation will be best value source selection conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The Government will select the best overall offer, based on an integrated assessment of (1) Technical Services, (2) Management Organization, (3) Cost/Price, and (4) Past Performance. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The Government reserves the right to not make an award. The related attachments include the solicitation, Wage Determinations for the various locations where services are to be performed, Past Performance document for previous efforts, Past Performance Customer Assessment, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) and the DD Form 254.
