THE FOLLOWING PR HAS BEEN MODIFIED TO CHANGE THE ISSUE DATE FROM 9-01-2005 TO 10-01-2005 WITH A CLOSING DATE OF 11-01-2005. PR number RE050061100000, NSN 6150-01-398-2155, CABLE ASSEMBLY, SPECIAL PURPOSE, ELECTRICAL This solicitation has two approved source of supply: Lockheed Martin (81755) and DCX/Chol Enterprises (60118). The FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Business size is unrestricted. This solicitation will acquire the supplies cited herein on an Other than full and open competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), available from only one or a limited number of sources. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Guaranteed Min for the base year is 10 Ea, Min Order Qty 10 ea, Estimated Annual demand Qty 40; Max Contract Qty for the base year is 40, delivery: 85 days ARO.
