Description: The Government intends to negotiate a Small Acquisition Purchase under FAR Parts 6, 12 and 13 with Medtronics Sofamor Danek, 1800 Pyramid Place, Memphis, TN 38132. The contractor will provide the VAMC, Memphis, TN with Sofamor Danek Microdiscetomy Instrument Tray, Case and accessories. All questions must be in writing and may be faxed to John "Jack" Gregorio at 615/ 867-5429 or emailed to john.gregorio@med.va.gov. All questions must be received by 09/27/05 at 3:30pm.
