Description

The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to solicit for a newly identified contract requirement for Maintenance and Repairs to Audiovisual and Teleconference Systems. The contractor shall provide the facility, all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary maintain audiovisual and teleconference systems located at several locations on Bolling Air Force Base. Services include telephonice troubleshooting support, on-site, on-call maintenance, preventative maintenance inspections and corrective service. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811213 (SIC 7622) with a size standard of $6.0 Million. All notices and any/all amendments will be posted and available on www.fedbizopps.gov. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date of the solicitation. The acquisition will be accomplished in accordance with FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. A solicitation will be posted on or about 23 Sep 2005. All prospective offerors interested in submitting proposals must have a Commercial and Governments Entity (CAGE) code and must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 in order to receive award.
