(End of clause) Section C - Descriptions and Specifications CLAUSES INCORPORATED BY FULL TEXT STATEMENT OF WORK The contractor shall provide onsite hardware and software support with toll free technical telephone support and product replacement and/or repair services for all equipment listed in Section B (location details below). The contractor shall provide all maintenance service, repair, and furnish all labor, materials and replacement parts necessary to keep the rooms in satisfactory working condition. Products will be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer specifications. Only manufacturer parts or equivalent, either new or refurbished, of equal or better quality will be used. Contractor?s price to be inclusive of all cost including, parts, labor & transportation. The Contractor shall make quarterly Preventive Maintenance (PM) visits of all multi media rooms. PM?s to be scheduled within the first month of each quarter (October, January, April, July) Preventive Maintenance (PM) shall be performed on all equipment in accordance with the original equipment manufactures (OEM) recommendations and generally acceptable industry standards. . The regular PM visit will be scheduled and coordinated with the Telecommunications Manager/Contract Officer?s Representative (COR). The Contractor shall provide Help Desk telephone capability for service calls and troubleshooting assistance during the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM during the normal business week. In the event that on-site repairs are required, the contractor shall provide on-site support / maintenance not later than two business days after receipt of a trouble call. The period of performance shall be from 1 October 2005 until 30 September 2006.
