Description

The principal features of work to be performed, and in the following sequence: A. Removal of existing toilet and vault. B. Excavating and hauling native material. C. Removal of concrete, and asphalt. D. Removal of two rail wood fence/slate retaining wall/and one sign. E. Furnish and install concrete, paint, block retaining wall, steel handrail, asphalt, accessible parking signs and benches. ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation, AG-82X9-S-05-0037, and related documents will be issued via FedBizOpps as an Invitation For Bid (IFB) and will be available for downloading on or about August 02, 2005 at the website address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. A Pre-Bid Visit date will be included in the solicitation. All vendors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR) prior to award of a Federal contract. Registration may be completed on the internet at http://www.ccr.gov/. A handbook and other information are available at the site, including information on how to obtain a DUNS number, which is required to begin the registration process. Vendors are required to register at the Online Representations and Certifications website (ORCA); registration may be completed on the internet at http://www.bpn.gov.
