Description

The Airborne Separation Video System (ASVS) Program at the Naval Air Systems Command Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD 20670 has a requirment for software enhancements to the ASVS. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source firm fixed price contract with DRS Data & Imaging Systems, Inc., 138 Bauer Drive, Oakland NJ 07436-3123, under the authority of FAR 6.302, only one responsible source and no other goods or services will meet the agency’s needs. DRS developed the system and is the only source knowledgeable of the system. Deliveries shall occur no later than six (6) months after date of award. The award date is anticipated to be September 30, 2005. Delivery will be to the Receiving Officer, Supply Department, Bldg. 665, 47179 Vaughn Road, (NASSU), Patuxent River, MD 20670.
