- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) is seeking proposals from business entities interested in supplying the Government with a long term contract (IQC) that will have two (2) base years nad three(3) option years for the following item. PR No.: YPI05179000609 Qty.: 1200/EA Del.: 150 Days with FAT/120 Days if FAT waived Item Description: Heater, Space -- The Contractor shall overpack (1) each of the following Acessories/Spare parts: Exhast Pipe Assembly, fuel control, plastic gravity feed adaptor kit, gravity fuel hose, overflow hose, stack cap, solid fuel burning components, burner cleaning devise. The Contractor shall overpack (1) one each heater. Space Heater Arctic, In accordance with MIL-PRF-44494 Spec, less fuel can stand. CRITICAL ITEM - SOURCE INSPECTION REQUIRED FIRST ARTICLE TESTING REQUIERED Contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer in writing at least thirty (30) days before testing. FAT report shall be sumitted to DSSCP-ITA ATTN: Joyce Stitwater within (90) days after award. Contracting Officer shall notify the contractor of approval/disapproval in writing thirty (30) days after the government received the test report.
