Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice for this requirement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference PR/solicitation number F2Y3SF5265A100 on all communications concerning this procurement. This requirement is for the following: One (1) Brand Name or Equal Homeland Security Strategies Inc. Limited Laser Surveillance System 4510 One (1) Brand Name or Equal Homeland Security Strategies Inc. Under-Door Viewing Kit UDRV-1 Offerors submitting a quotation on an ?or equal? item should include a detailed description on the item?s capabilities. This solicitation is 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334511 (Light Reconnaissance and Surveillance Systems and Equipment Manufacturing), with a small business size standard of 750 employees. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. Information concerning CCR registration requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR registration center at (888) 227-2423. The following FAR and DFAR clauses pertain to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial. Offerors should include pricing for all the listed items.
