Description

This will be a firm fixed price type contract. Contractor shall provide all services necessary to perform the following 1)Installation and assembly of Sprung Structures, walkway covers and electrical package 2)Install windows 3)Furnish and install w indow air conditioners. Contractor must be an authorized Sprung Representative. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 23 September 2005. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the sol icitation and may be earlier or later than 29 September 2005. Requests for this solicitation may be made in writing to Army Contracting Agency, Regional Contracting Office, HI , ATTN Jeanette Mathena, Fort Shafter, HI 96858 5025, via fax at 808 438 656 3, ext. 229 or email to Jeanette.Mathena@shafter.army.mil. Issued solictiation packages will b e posted at the following website: http://www.25idl.army.mil/doc/index.htm (go to Homepage RCO-HI link on the left, then to RCO Hawaii Solicitations, then Current Solicitations). Interested offerors will be notified via email when the solicitation is ava ilable and are required to download the solicitation and any subsequent amendments from this website. Once posted on this website, interested offerors are responsible for monitoring the website until the closing date for any issued amendments. Recommende d minimum IT capabilities for contractor systems are 56K modems for website downloads and 2 mb email capacity. No telephonic requests will be honored. Numbered Note 1 applies.
