Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Pine Bluff Contracting Division, Pine Bluff, AR has a requirement for the following items: Item 0001  Fiberboard Box, Size 23 x 18 ? x 19 7/16, Style RSC-Glue, Grade V3C, Class WR, in accordance with IAW ASTM D5118 dtd 1 Apr 2005  2,500 each; Item 0002  Fiberboard Box, Size 17 ? x 10 ? x 8 ? , Style RSC-Glue, Grade V3C, Class WR, in accordance with IAW DWG 5-77-3203 and IAW ASTM D5118 dtd 1 Apr 2005  10,000 each; Item 0003  Fiberboard Box, Size 15.125 x 9.25 x 4.625 200 Style RSC Grade V3C, Class WR in accordance with DWG 5-77-2304 and ASTM 5118 dtd 1 Apr 2005  30,000 each; Item 0004 - Up to 100% Option same as Item 0001  2,500 each; Item 0005  Up to 100% Option same as Item 0002  10,000 each; Item 0006  Up to 100% Option same as Item 0003  30,000 each. Acquisition is being conducted as a small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a quote that shall be considered by the agency. FOB Destination; Delivery 30 days after date of contract award. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued.
