- The North Atlantic Regional Contracting Office intends to award a sole source contract to CNA MEDICAL for an EKG Machine. This is not a request for quote and no solicitation exists. This is with compelling urgency because Walter Reed is in desperate need of a new EKG machine because it is vital that our patients receive adequate medical attention while assigned to our ward. It is essential that we provide this primary care on our ward due to the fact that we are a locked unit FAR 6.302-2 .
