Description: The U. S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command plans to negotiate with Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company, 1111 Lockheed Martin Way, Sunnyvale, CA 94088-3504 on a sole source basis to add Direct Productive Person Hours (DPPHs) to contract DASG60 -00-C-0072. The additional hours are needed to provide on-site participation by Lockheed at the THAAD Project Office in support of the Combined Test and Assessment Force (CTAF) Working Group. Lockheed is the developer and system prime contractor for the THAAD System and, as such, is the only source with the overall THAAD System experience and expertise required to support this Government-led working group. See Note 22.
