Description

The National Park Service at Steamtown National Historic Site requires Pocahontas coal meeting the following specs:Sulfur .5% - .9% max, ash content 5% - 7%, volatile matter 16% - 25%, BTU 13,000 - 16,000, size 2x4 lump. Coal shall be screened for removal of debris and foreign material prior to delivery. Contractor shall provide written chemical analysis of coal within 5 days prior to delivery to ensure the delivery conforms with specs. deliveries not meeting specs, or containing excessive debris, will be refused/returned. coal re-loading due to refusal of delivery will be at the contractor's expense. This is a one year contract with one option year. Purchases under this contract will be made using individual delivery orders. This is a fixed price with economic price adjustment commercial items contract. This is an indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity contract. This is set-aside for small businesses.
