Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Contracting Dept., Philadelphia Division intends to acquire, on a sole source basis, from CACI International of San Diego, CA, SIMSCRIPT II.5 software license renewals for updates, new releases, and enhancements. The software is proprietary to CACI and CACI is the developer and sole distributor of the product. This acquisition is in support of the US Joint Forces Command. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for this requirement. This procurement is a sole source acquisition with CACI. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties may identify their interest and technical capability to respond to this requirement and may submit information, which shall be considered by FISC Norfolk, Philadelphia Division. Any responses to this synopsis should be sent to the attention of George Kozak (Code 270.2A) and reference this notice. The applicable NAICS and size standard are 511210 and $21 million, respectively. This requirement is not set-aside for small business.
