- U.S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE IN VERNAL, UTAH REQUIREMENT: General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 776 rentable square feet, which will yield a minimum of approximately 675 usable square feet of office space. The space will be occupied by United States Probation. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years; Seven (7) years firm term. One five (5) year renewal option is also required. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: The Government requires a fully serviced lease including surface parking for one (1) vehicle. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. The Government is seeking expressions of interest for both build to suit and existing facilities. Space offered must be contiguous and have potential for efficient layout. Space should be located in a professional office setting. Space shall conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety; and shall be ADA compliant and asbestos abated. The building and parking must be accessible to government personnel 24 hours per day, seven days per week. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the city limits of Vernal, Utah. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 6, 2005 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name and address. 2) Legal description 3) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. 3) Square footage offered. 4) Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 5) Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted. 6) Evidence of authority to represent the owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal Agency other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative.
