Description

This contract is for preventative maintenance of the following items only: 6,935 sprinkler heads, 46 electrical space heaters, 100 6" flapper valves, 8 air compressors, 90 fire extinguishers. The contractor shall provide all managaement, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools and equipment necessary to complete the preventative maintenance of the equipment listed. A full scope will be released on Aug 5, 2005. A contract is currently NOT in place and hence there is no information on a previous contract price. Any questions can be directed to darcy.horvat@gsa.gov. Please note, the full scope will be released on Aug 5th with bids due Aug 19th. A walk through will be scheduled upon release of the scope. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-JUL-2005).
