Description
The Coast Guard intends to issue a sole source contract to The Coast Guard Auxiliary Association, Inc., for the publishing, printing, and distribution of THE NAVIGATOR magazine, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). THE NAVIGATOR is published solely for the use of the Coast Guard Auxiliary educational program and is not available for distribution to the general public. The magazine serves as a communications link between the Auxiliary leadership, the U.S. Coast Guard, and the Auxiliarists in the field. The articles published in THE NAVIGATOR consist of technical information, training topics, and dissemination of Coast Guard policies and procedures concerning the various missions performed by the Auxiliary for the Coast Guard. The NAVIGATOR is published, printed, and distributed quarterly, providing 38,500 copies per issue. This requirement is for a Base Year and Four Option Years and is a follow-on effort to Contract Number DTCG23-01-R-DNX001 with the Coast Guard Auxiliary Association, Inc. All interest parties must submit information that sufficiently describes their qualifications, capabilities, and previous experience relevant to the specific requirement detailed above. General corporate capability statements are insufficient. This notice is not a solicitation. There is no formal Request for Proposals available. No other notice will be published until award is made.
