- The USDA, Agricultural Research Service in Albany, California has a requirement for one Applied Biosystems 7500 Fast Real-Time PCR System with Dell Notebook. This laptop system is an integrated and versatile platform for the detection and quantification of nucleic acid sequences. This system enables standard 96-well format high speed thermal cycling, which reduces the run time for quantitative real-time PCR applications, delivering results in approximately 35 minutes.
