Description

This contract contains construction of two (2) earthen dikes to restore wetlands in Anderson County, South Carolina. Major items of work include: approx. 3.5 acres of seeding, for permanent cover;and installation of 2 dikes, each with an aluminum corrugated flashboard riser and barrel. Each flashboard riser/barrel in the dikes is a combination of a 36 inch half round riser and an 18 inch barrel. The performance time is 32 calendar days (including mobilization). The estimated price is in the range of $25,000 to $100,000. This solicitation is subject to full and open competition. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990. This solicitation will be available for viewing and/or downloading from website, www.fedbizzops.gov, on or about October 11, 2005. Interested parties are invited to attend a site showing on Tuesday, October 18, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. Meet in the parking lot at the Bountyland Exxon Station.
