Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcemen t constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912CM-05-T-0441 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05. The simplified acquisition procedures of F AR Part 13 are applicable to this procurement. This procurement is for the purchase of office furniture and equipment as listed in Attachment 1. (End of Provision) WBN-000-4006 AUDITS BY THE GERMAN PRICE CONTROL OFFICE ONLY FOR FIRMS REGISTERED IN GERMANY a. This contract is subject to the German pricing regulation regarding public contracts (Verordnung PR No. 30/53 or PR No. 1/72 (1/84)). With respect to any German contractor or any non-German contractor having its domicile in Germany, this regulation auth orizes the German Price Control Office to audit the prices offered by the contractor for this contract as well as the contractor's compliance with the other provisions of the regulation. b.
